Nosa is an alumnus of the University of Benin and the prestigious Lagos Business School. With over 20 years management experience he has developed considerable expertise in Project & Contract Management, Service Delivery Management, Corporate Strategy and Customer Relationship Management.
As Service Delivery Manager for Ameritel Communications, Nosa managed the successful concept design and roll out of over 100 low-cost Rural Telephone Exchanges in remote villages around Nigeria under the World Bank Sponsored NITEL's 'Celluphone' Project. He also served as Project Manager and later Senior Contract Manager at British Telecom's Syncordia Solutions (now BT Ignite) where he managed the the outsourced IT Services contract for NATWEST Bank and Halliburton/KBR for 6 Years. After leaving BT Ignite Slutions, he was retained as an independent consultant to BT Telconsult, the consulting arm of the British Telecom Group to support any BT opportunities in Africa.
Nosa joined one of the foremost Logistics Companies in Nigeria' (CGL) serving as Chief Operations Officer before joining the founding team of LogistiQ Xpeditors Limited (LXGlobal) as its pioneer Managing Director/CEO in 2006. Under his leadership, LXGlobal has seen phenomenal growth and now ranks among the top 5 global forwarding and logistics providers in Nigeria.
Ebunolu is a graduate of Financial Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, England and an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants UK (FCCA).
She has experience in Accounting, Financial Control & Administration, and Corporate Finance. Her prior working experience spans over 24 years in Management positions with JP Morgan Chase UK, Q&Q Control Services Ltd, Momentum Experiential Marketing Media Ltd and SME Managers Limited.
Before joining LXGlobal, she was CFO at CGL one of the foremost Logistics Companies in Nigeria
Bolajoko Odunowo holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos. She was called to the bar after successfully completing her studies at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos, in the early '90s.
She also has a Masters' degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Lagos Business School (IESE) which is now part of the Pan-Atlantic University, in Lagos.
Her career trajectory which spans over 30 years, has seen her handling various roles in the banking industry, from Treasury to Legal and Compliance, where she was the head of her Unit.
While in practice, she specialised in Environmental Law, which led to her appointment as the Secretary of the Nigerian Environmental Law Society.
As the Business, Compliance and Regulatory Director of Logistiq Xpeditors Limited, an international logistics firm specialising in Global Procurement, Customs Brokerage, Import & Export Handling etc, she is responsible for developing business opportunities, growing income streams and expanding both brand and physical presence of the company, on a local and international level.
Part of her brief also includes ensuring strict corporate adherence, to industry compliance protocols.
Her job at Logistiq Expeditors ( also known as LX Global) which is the Nigerian agency or affiliate of a global logistics firm in Washington, has given her access to best industry practice, alongside the foreign firm's professionals in a worldwide network of 250 locations, across six continents.
