3. Service Description
LXGlobal provides the following logistics services:
- Air Freight: Time-critical shipments with global network coverage
- Sea Freight: Comprehensive ocean shipping solutions
- Ground Transportation: Domestic and regional land transportation
- Warehousing: Storage, inventory management, and distribution
- Specialized Solutions: Handling of hazardous materials, oversized cargo, and temperature-controlled shipments
- Customs Brokerage: Import/export documentation and customs clearance
- Supply Chain Management: End-to-end logistics coordination
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Properly package and label shipments according to carrier and regulatory requirements
- Declare the true nature, value, and contents of all shipments
- Pay all fees and charges in accordance with agreed terms
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your shipments
- Cooperate with customs and security inspections as required
5. Service Terms and Conditions
5.1 Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change
- Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, route, and service requirements
- Additional charges may apply for special handling, storage, or regulatory compliance
5.2 Delivery and Transit Times
- Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically contracted
- Delays may occur due to weather, customs, security, or other factors beyond our control
- We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery dates
5.3 Customs and Regulatory Compliance
- You are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation
- We assist with customs clearance but cannot guarantee approval by authorities
- Additional costs may be incurred for customs examinations or regulatory compliance
6. Prohibited Items
We cannot transport the following items without proper authorization and special handling:
- Illegal or contraband materials
- Hazardous materials without proper classification and documentation
- Perishable goods without appropriate temperature-controlled arrangements
- High-value items without proper insurance and security measures
- Items restricted by international trade regulations or sanctions
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- For loss or damage: Maximum of USD 9.07 per kilogram or the actual value, whichever is less
- For delay: Refund of transportation charges only
- Total liability shall not exceed the total charges paid for the specific shipment
7.2 Insurance
- Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase
- We recommend comprehensive insurance for high-value shipments
- Insurance claims are subject to the terms of the insurance provider
8. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are established in individual service agreements
- Standard payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges and collection costs
- We reserve the right to require prepayment or credit approval
- Currency exchange rates may apply for international transactions
9. Intellectual Property

- All outstanding shipments will be completed according to existing terms
- All unpaid charges become immediately due and payable
- Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- Survival clauses will continue to apply as appropriate
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiations between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration
- The courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, as a last resort
14. Amendments and Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on our website
- Updated effective date on this document
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Severability
