Nosakhare AFE FCIoD
MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
An Alumnus of University of Benin and Lagos Business School, Nosa has over 25 years of executive management experience in Projects, Supply Chain, & Service Delivery.
From 1992 - 1996, he led the installation of the World Bank Funded ‘NITEL Celluphone’ project delivering over 150 low-cost Telephone Mini-Exchanges to Rural & Remote Communities. He joined British Telecom in 1996 to manage Outsourced Voice/Data Services for NATWEST Bank and later for Halliburton/KBR In the UK, Algeria, & Nigeria.
He co-founded LogistiQ Xpeditors Limited (LXGlobal) in 2006 and serves as MD/CEO till date.
Nosa is a founding Trustee of Bethesda Child Support Agency, providing free qualitative education to vulnerable & disadvantaged children. Bethesda CSA owns and operates 4 tuition-free Schools in the Lagos suburbs.
Nosa is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria where he serves as a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Nosa is happily married with 2 children.
Ebunolu ADENIYI FCIoD
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ebunolu is a graduate of Financial Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, England and also an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants UK (FCCA).
She has experience in Accounting, Financial Control & Administration, Corporate Finance. Her prior working experience spans over 20 years in Management positions with JP Morgan Chase UK, Q&Q Control Services Ltd, Momentum Experiential Marketing Media Ltd and SME mANAGERS Limited.
Before joining LXGlobal, she was CFO at CGL, one of the foremost Logistics Companies in Nigeria.
Bolajoko ODUNOWO FCIoD
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Bolajoko is a graduate of Law from the University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She has an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
In her over 20 years working experience, she has developed invaluable expertise in the Legal, Regulatory, Finance and Marketing sectors where she worked for companies like Victor
Her years of work experience includes Victor and Charles Solicitors, Transnational Computers Technology (TCT) and Habib Bank Nigeria.
